A thumbs up:
We really liked an idea the client pushed for until the very end: light boxes at each stand featuring the exhibitor’s logo/name. Simple and straightforward—but incredibly effective!
A thumbs down:
The mental and physical exhaustion of setting up the entire fair in just 18 hours. A tip for setup at the WTC Barcelona: If you stick to the loading and unloading schedules, you can leave materials right at the event entrance. Big thanks to the stand builders for their support!
Interesting Facts:
The meeting rooms had plain white fabric walls, and in the final stretch, we suggested decorating them with art. Specifically, we used paintings from a local Barcelona artist who graciously lent us part of her work for this event. Thanks Eu!! @art_eugeniamestre
